How I work
I map the system. Then I fix what matters.
My first instinct when facing any problem isn't to open a spreadsheet — it's to understand how the system works. Where the data comes from, where it breaks down, and exactly what needs to change. Audit taught me discipline. FP&A taught me clarity. And 15 years across both taught me how to connect dots that other departments can't see — quietly, precisely, and always before someone has to ask.
